Tuesday night life drawing sessions in Hong Kong have been organized since September 2011 by artists Philippe Charmes and Rachel Smith.
As an open workshop, everyone was welcome, from beginners (there are many) to advanced artists. Everyone was very respectful and willing to share.

The life drawing workshop was discontinued in 2026 with both organizers leaving hong Kong.

Time was 7.30 – 9.30pm, every Tuesday night;

Venue:
Portland street. Prince Edward station, Kowloon, Hong Kong.


Self-teaching class: drawing started  at 7:30PM and ended around 9:45PM (sometimes a bit later). Doors opened at 7:10pm. We usually overstayed to discuss the drawings and exchange impressions and advice.

We worked with male and female models, short poses mostly (2 to 20 minutes), gesture depended if the model was into it or not (many dancers, actors and performers models).

Fee was HKD$200 per session (two hours), HKD$150 for students
